About establishment of form of information on accounting of bills of exchange
Based on subitem 1.7 and the paragraph of the sixth subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2015 No. 69 "About use of bills of exchange", the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus
1. Establish form of information on accounting of bills of exchange according to appendix provided in National Bank by the legal entities included in the register of the legal entities performing accounting of bills of exchange.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
Note. For the purposes of this resolution terms have the values determined by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2015 No. 69.
