Bring in the Regulations on production, storage, sale of brands of the excise tax and marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 1251 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 35; 2013, No. 24, Art. 808, No. 51, Art. 1850, No. 89, Art. 3265; 2014, No. 81, the Art. 2287, No. 95, the Art. 2726), changes which are applied.

The changes made to Regulations on production, storage, sale of brands of the excise tax and marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products

1. In Item 5:

The paragraph of the seventh after the words "paid for unit to within thousand sign" to add 1) with words ", except the amount of the excise tax on realization by subjects of managing of retail trade of alcoholic beverages";

In paragraph nine the word and figures "from 1,2" to exclude 2).

2. The paragraph one of Item 17 after the words "with foreign producers" to add with the words "or other nonresidents".

3. State Item 18 in the following edition:

"18. The acquired brands are transferred by buyers of brands (importers) to foreign subjects of managing for marking of the alcoholic beverages and tobacco products which are subject to further import to customs area of Ukraine.".

4. In the first offer of paragraph one of Item 28 of the word "producers of such products" shall be replaced with words "buyers of brands".
