About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" concerning features of regulation of the relations in the field of power industry in the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part the fourth article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 1, Art. 1; 2013, No. 28, Art. 301; 2014, 26, 892) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"Features of regulation of the legal, economic and organizational relations connected with sale of electrical energy from the wholesale market of electrical energy of Ukraine on temporarily occupied territory and on the territory where public authorities temporarily do not perform or perform not in full the powers, and also the relations connected with production, transfer, distribution, supply, purchase, sale and use of electrical energy in temporarily occupied territory and in the territory where public authorities temporarily do not perform or perform not in full the powers, are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The list of settlements in the territory of which public authorities temporarily do not perform or is performed not in full by the powers, is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

within fifteen days from the date of entry into force of this Law:

develop and submit for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine drafts of the laws of Ukraine in pursuance of requirements and realization of provisions of this Law;

adopt regulatory legal acts in pursuance of this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide:

acceptance by executive bodies of the regulatory legal acts following from this Law;

reduction of their regulatory legal acts by executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
