About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About Audit Chamber"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About Audit Chamber" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 43, Art. 212 with subsequent changes) the following changes:
1. To add article 2 after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Control of receipt of funds in the Government budget of Ukraine".
With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the ninth respectively paragraphs third - the tenth.
2. To add Item 6 of article 7 after the words "control for" with words "receipt and".
II. The law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
