About introduction of amendments to the laws of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" and "About conscription and military service" concerning educational guarantees for students, graduate students and doctoral candidates of day form of education

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In part two of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 255; No. 35, the Art. 1178) the words "students and graduate students" shall be replaced with words 2014, "students, graduate students and doctoral candidates".

2. Item of 1 part eight of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324; 2014, No. 20-21, Art. 742, No. 29, Art. 942, No. 36, Art. 1179; No. 13, the Art. 85) to add 2015, with the paragraph of the following content:

"Also from military service the military personnel who is students, graduate students or doctoral candidates of day form of education is exempted and was called on military service on mobilization, for the special period. Such persons can continue military service if they showed such willingness".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
