Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 1992 "About conscription and military service" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1992, No. 29, Art. 501; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 85, 2/976; 2008, No. 184, 2/1510; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.01. 2014, 2/2098) following amendments and changes:
1. Article 18 part one in paragraph four:
after words "military service," and "military unit" to add the paragraph respectively with words "alternative service," and "or from the date of dismissal from alternative service";
shall be replaced with words the words "or other" "and other".
2. Third of Article 35 to state part in the following edition:
"Deputies, representatives of committees on work, employment and social protection regional (The Minsk city) executive committees and managements (departments) of work, employment and social protection of city, district executive committees, public associations and other organizations can participate in work of the district (city) draft commission.".
Article 2. Make to the section XIV of the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 1999 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 76, 2/50; 2005, No. 121, 2/1137) following amendments:
to add the name of the Section with words ", the directions and passings of alternative service";
add the Section with Chapter 38 of the following content:
"CHAPTER 38 OF THE CRIME AGAINST THE PROCEDURE FOR THE DIRECTION AND PASSING OF ALTERNATIVE SERVICE
