According to Art. 133 of the h. (1) litas. (c) Section V and Art. 190 of the h. (5) the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (special release is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of February 8, 2007) I ORDER:

1. In the Instruction approved by the Order GGNI No. 299 of May 2, 2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 99-100 from May 25 2012), to make the following changes and additions:

a) in item 10 лит.с) after words of "individual bureaus of mediators" to add the text with the words "the authorized managing directors";

b) in item 11 to exclude the phrase "or the documents resolving implementation of certain activities";

c) in the item 17 after words of "individual bureaus of mediators" to add the text with the words "the authorized managing directors";

d) in item 17 лит.в) after words "the register of accounting of registration of bureau of mediators – for mediators" to add the text with words of "the register of the authorized managing directors";

e) exclude item 19;

f) in item 30 of the word "the statement for assignment of fiscal code numbered by the 1.2 index shall be replaced with words "Statement / Ascertaining about registration of the divisions/taxation objects";

g) exclude item 31;

h) to exclude the subitem from item 52 1);

i) 5) to exclude from the item of 52 paragraphs лит.с);

j) in the item of 56 paragraphs (1) the words "management of administration of large taxpayers" shall be replaced with words "general management of administration of large taxpayers";

k) in the item of 56 paragraphs (2) the words "UKN" shall be replaced with words "GUAKN".

2. To impose control of execution of this Order on Mr. Yury Lycia, the deputy chief of the Main state tax authorities.
