About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the information about the final beneficial owner (controller) of the legal entity

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31-32, of Art. 263 with subsequent changes):

1) in paragraph nine of part two of Article 17 of the word "his founder if the founder" shall be replaced with words "his founder (participant) if the founder (participant)" and to add with the words "or information on absence of the final beneficial owner (controller) of the legal entity";

2) Article 24 part one in paragraph eight:

in the first offer of the word "his founder if the founder" shall be replaced with words "his founder (participant) if the founder (participant)";

the second offer after words of "Chambers of Commerce and Industry" to add with words of "the religious organizations, the state and utility companies";

add with the third offer of the following content: "In case of absence at the legal entity of the final beneficial owner (controller), including the final beneficial owner (controller) of his founder (participant) if the founder (participant) - the legal entity, data on its absence move".

2. Item of 1 part seven of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About public associations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 1, Art. 1; 2014, 2057) to state Art. No. 50-51, in the following edition:

"1) to store documents of title, documents which contain information on activities which is performed according to the purpose (purposes) and tasks; store and to regularly update information sufficient for identification according to requirements of the law of final beneficial owners (controllers) of public association, and also present her to the state registrar in cases and in amount, provided by the law.
