About modification and amendments in Article 35 of Regulations of the Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797-XIII of April 2, 1996

In Article 35 of Regulations of the Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797-XIII of April 2, 1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 50, of the Art. 237), with subsequent changes to make the following change and addition:

add Article with part (2) the following content:

"(2) Before statement of staff of commission of inquiry of person, offered as members that, declare at the plenary session of Parliament lack of the conflict between fulfillment of duties in the commission and their private interests and submit the declaration on private interests. In case of origin or identification of conflict of interest after adoption of the resolution which the deputy is appointed the member of commission of inquiry membership in it stops by right.".
