About entering of amendments into the Code about elections No. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Code about elections No. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, No. 81, of the Art. 667), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:

1. In Article 15:

to add the name of Article with the words "and degrees of jurisdiction";

part (to add 1) with the offer: "The representative appointed according to provisions of this part can protect interests of the competitor on elections in the disputes relating to elections and in degree of jurisdiction.".

2. Add Article 67 with part (4-1) following of content:

"(4-1) Competitors on elections can protect the interests in degree of jurisdiction by consideration of claims to action/failure to act and resolutions of the electoral bodies and action/failure to act of competitors on elections by means of the representative appointed according to part provisions (1) Article 15.".
