About modification of the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of effective use of instruments of regulation of liquidity of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine banks decide:

1. Bring in Chapter 3 of the Section V of the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 30, 2009 No. 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 6, 2009 at No. 410/16426 (with changes), the following changes:

To exclude 1) in Item 3.1 of the word "at any time";

2) in Item 3.2:

the second offer to exclude;

add Item with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"In case of their sale the National Bank undertakes obligations according to the redemption of these securities at determined price during time of their address out of National Bank according to the established frequency.

The National Bank establishes frequency of the redemption of government bonds of Ukraine during time of their address out of National Bank what reports to banks about".

2. To department of the public markets (Chury O. E.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.
