About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, of 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in efficiency and ensuring stable activities of banks of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine for the violation of the bank law approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 17, 2012 No. 346, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 17, 2012 for No. 1590/21902 (with changes) which are applied.

2. In the paragraph the fourteenth Item 1.7 of Chapter 1 of the Regulations on provision of stabilization loans by the National Bank of Ukraine to banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 13, 2010 No. 327 (with changes) shall be replaced with words the words "which provides restriction concerning activities of bank by appointment of the curator" "behind activities of bank and appoints the curator".

3. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine and territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine for use in work.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
