About modification of the Regulations on implementation of financial monitoring by banks

In pursuance of Articles 3, of 6, "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing", according to Articles 7, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 63 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 14 Laws of Ukraine:

1. In paragraph eight of Item 2.3 of the Section II of Provisions on implementation by banks of the financial monitoring approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 14, 2003 No. 189, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 20, 2003 at No. 381/7702 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine from January 31, 2011 No. 22), to replace the word of "two" with the word of "three".

2. To department of financial monitoring (Berezhnaya A. N.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Pisaruk A. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
