Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2011 No. 184 "About rates for services of telecommunication and mail service public" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 128, No. 8/24373) the following amendments:

1.1. add Item 1 with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"limiting maximum rate for service in the omission of internetwork traffic of operators of cellular mobile telecommunication within the country through networks of authorized operators of telecommunication in one minute of connection according to appendix 4-1.";

1.2. add the resolution with appendix of 4-1 following content:
