About establishment of standard rates of the minimum reserve requirements

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 1995 "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Establish to banks of the second level (further - bank) standard rates of the minimum reserve requirements in the amount of:

1) 2,0 (two whole the zero tenth) percent for obligations of bank in national currency of short-term internal;

2) 4,0 (four whole the zero tenth) percent for obligations of bank in national currency of short-term external;

3) 0,0 (zero whole the zero tenth) percent for obligations of bank in national currency of long-term internal;

4) 2,0 (two whole the zero tenth) percent for obligations of bank in national currency of long-term external;

5) 2,0 (two whole the zero tenth) percent for obligations of bank in foreign currency of short-term internal;

6) 6,0 (six whole the zero tenth) percent for obligations of bank in foreign currency of short-term external;

7) 0,0 (zero whole the zero tenth) percent for obligations of bank in foreign currency of long-term internal;

8) 2,0 (two whole the zero tenth) percent for obligations of bank in foreign currency of long-term external.

2. Establish to banks concerning which there is judgment which took legal effect about carrying out restructuring of bank, to the introduction in legal force of the judgment about the restructuring termination standard rates of the minimum reserve requirements in the amount of 0,0 (zero whole the zero tenth) percent for all obligations of bank.
