About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of protective measures when importing wheat flour to customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 4, 2014 No. 119

For the purpose of implementation of the Actions plan ("Road map") on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 29, 2014 No. 74, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of protective measures when importing wheat flour to customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 4, 2014 No. 119 the following change and amendment:

- in Item 1 of the word and figures "for up to July 22, 2017" to exclude;

- to add item 4 after the word "publications" with the words "also is effective before entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of the May 29, 2014 signed on December 23, 2014 in the city of Moscow".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
