About increase in insurance part of pensions in 2005

According to tasks of National strategy of reducing poverty and for the purpose of ensuring further support of living standards of pensioners of the republic I decide:

1. Increase since April 1, 2005 the sizes of insurance part of the pensions granted according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" before enforcement of this Decree on the following scale:

- for pensions which general size does not exceed 400 som, - for 15 percent;

- for pensions which general size constitutes from 401 to 600 som, - for 12 percent;

- for pensions which general size constitutes from 601 to 700 som, - for 10 percent;

- for pensions which general size constitutes from 701 to 800 som, - for 8 percent;

- for pensions which general size constitutes over 800 som, for 5 percent.

Thus after recalculation the size of insurance part of pension on each following scale shall not be lower than the size of insurance part of pension on the previous scale.

The sizes of the raised pensions specified in this Item are determined without the allowances established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and compensation payments.

2. The amount of the compensation payments established according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About compensation payments to pensioners in connection with increase in rates for electrical energy" of May 5, 2002 No. 105, is not subject to change in connection with the recalculation of the sizes of pensions following from this Decree.

3. To provide to social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic timely recalculation of pensions and their payment in new sizes in the terms established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of economic policy of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
