5. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan to take adequate measures for attraction to study of minor young men and girls concerning whom there was need for training in State educational institution "Mekhrovar".
