1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) concerning separate types of the rail motor and not self-propelled cars classified by the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes 8603 10 000 2 and 8605 00 000 2 of EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till December 31, 2016 inclusive.
a) in line item with code 8605 00 000 3 of the CN FEA EEU to exclude the reference to the note "23C";
b) in the note 23C to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union of the word "till 31.12.2014 inclusive" shall be replaced with words "from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of May 28, 2015 № 25 till 31.12.2016 inclusive.".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
