1. Approve the enclosed Provision "About Procedure for Charge and Payment of Compensations in connection with Raising the Retirement Age".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the budget of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2005".
3. Publish this resolution in mass media.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of welfare development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
