1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of statistics of Ukraine of August 27, 2007 No. 321 "About approval of the Instruction for filling of forms of the state statistical observations on structural statistics No. 1 entrepreneurship (annual), No. 1 entrepreneurship (short)-year-old, No. 1 entrepreneurship (quarter)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2007 for No. 1056/14323 (with changes).

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of structural statistics and statistics of finance of the companies (Kuznetsov N. S.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
