About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather single questions of ensuring activities of bodies of prosecutor's office

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. No. 192-VIII "About providing the right to fair trial" to add item 4 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of February 12, 2015 with the paragraph third the following content:

"Convocation and holding All-Ukrainian conference of prosecutors for appointment of members of the High Council of Justice before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About prosecutor's office" are performed No. 1697-VII of October 14, 2014 according to the procedure, approved as the Attorney-General of Ukraine".

2. In the Section II of the Law of Ukraine of February 12, 2015 No. 198-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring activities of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine and the National agency concerning prevention of corruption":

in paragraph three of the word and figure of "paragraphs of the second or fourth subitem "an" and the subitem "b" of subitem 6" to exclude;

add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"Paragraphs of the second or fourth subitem "an" and the subitem "b" of the subitem 6 of Item 1 of the Section I of this Law which become effective after the beginning of activities of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption".

II. The law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
