About electronic document management by preparation and adoption of legal acts

For the purpose of implementation of electronic document management in process of preparation and adoption of legal acts I decide:

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 1998 No. 369 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 1, 1/1; 2010, No. 312, 1/12249):

in Item 3 of the word "and electronically" shall be replaced with words "and (or) electronically";

in Item 6:

the fourth to state part in the following edition:

"For inclusion in the National register are represented to NTsPI:

legal acts, except for technical regulatory legal acts and regulatory legal acts, the specified in paragraphs eleven and the twelfth part two of this Item, - in the form of copies of the original on papers or electronic documents;

technical regulatory legal acts - in the form of electronic documents or files with the texts of these acts corresponding to texts of originals on the papers (further - electronic copies of legal acts) certified by the digital signature;

the regulatory legal acts specified in paragraphs eleven and the twelfth to part two of this Item - in the form of copies of the original on papers, either electronic documents, or electronic copies of the legal acts certified by the digital signature, and since January 1, 2017 - in the form of electronic documents or electronic copies of the legal acts certified by the digital signature.";
