For the purpose of comprehensive consideration without delays of statements of insurance companies for approval of special conditions of insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry, and also for the purpose of the correct and transparent application of provisions of Art. 15 of the Law No. 243-XV of 8.07.2004 on subsidized insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry I ORDER:
1. Approve Rules of approval of special conditions of insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry.
2. Publish this Order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this Order on Mr. Nicolae Olara, the deputy minister.
