mastering teachers of higher education institutions and active implementation in educational process modern innovative pedagogical, information and communication technologies with use of the global Internet, multimedia systems and methods of distance training;

increase in level of practical ownership of pedagogical personnel of higher education institutions of foreign language and its wide use for the steady growth of their professional skill, in pedagogical and scientific activities.
