2. Determine that:

a) the organizations performing production of alcoholic products in the territory of the Russian Federation have the right to mark cognac the federal special brands with text "Hard alcoholic drinks" issued before entry into force of this resolution, before the obligation fulfillment expiration about use of federal special brands according to their appointment;

b) realization of the cognac marked by the federal special brands specified in the subitem "an" of this Item is not limited to term.
