1. Approve the Procedure about movement of goods and vehicles of the territory (from the territory) special economic zones.

2. To committee on the income under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- introduce this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- publish this Order in official mass media;

- bring this Order to the relevant structural divisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 15, 2000 No. 409/p "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for collection of the value added tax, the excise tax, customs duty and customs fees from the goods which are exported from the territory of the free economic zone on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic" (It is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on December 20, 2000. Registration number 204).

4. This order becomes effective in 15 days after official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this Order on the Chairman of Committee on the income under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic Malabekov Z. T.
