1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2008 No. 618 "About some questions of turnover of alcoholic beverages" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 110, 5/27587; 2009, No. 184, 5/30226; 2011, No. 11, 5/33160) following changes:
" (except for vodka, alcoholic beverage products, wines, cognac, brandy, Calvados, champagne)" to exclude from the paragraph of the fourth Item 1 of the word;
format 110 x 17 mm for marking of alcoholic beverages with volume fraction of ethyl alcohol 7 and more percent (except for vodka, alcoholic beverage products, wines, the cognac, brandy, Calvados, champagne) imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution to state the name of sample of excise stamp on self-adhesive basis in the following edition:
"Sample of excise stamp on self-adhesive basis format 110 x 17 mm for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
