According to the Law on health protection No. 411-XIII from 28.03.1995, Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585-XIII from 27.02.1998, Charter and Regulations of the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance, MZ and NKMS ORDER:

1. Approve Methodological regulations of forming of the profit and loss budget (business plan) and management of financial resources of funds of compulsory medical insurance by the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance (further – Methodological regulations) according to appendix.

2. To heads of the medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance:

provide observance of the Methodological regulations approved by this order;

apply procedure for forming of the profit and loss budget (business plan) and management of the financial resources received as a result of rendering paid services, performance of works and also from other financial sources which are not prohibited by the law taking into account the features determined by these Methodological regulations.

3. And insurance of the Ministry of Health and to the head of department of the analysis and economy in health care of the National company of medical insurance to provide to the manager of management of the budget, finance the advisory and methodical help necessary for realization of provisions of the Methodological regulations approved by this order.

4. This order becomes effective since June 1, 2015.

5. We impose control over the implementation of this order on ourselves.
