Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 924/16 "About use of the cash equipment, payment terminals, automatic electronic devices, vending machines and about acceptance of cash, bank payment cards in case of sales of goods, performance of works, rendering services, implementation of activities in the field of gaming, lottery activities, holding video interactive games and release into the stream of commerce of the cash equipment" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 80, 5/34128; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 03.11. 2012, 5/36436; 15:12. 2012, 5/36614; 14:08. 2013, 5/37666; 23:05. 2014, 5/38883) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 2:
1.1.1. in subitem 2.2 of the word "April 1, 2016." shall be replaced with words "on March 1, 2017";
1.1.2. add subitem 2.3 with part two of the following content:
"Based on the agreements signed with the republican unitary enterprise "Information and Publishing Center for Taxes and Fees" the legal entities and (or) individual entrepreneurs rendering services in maintenance and repair of the cash equipment according to the legislation have the right to perform installation, servicing, removal of control facility of tax authorities;";
