About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2015 No. 76

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2015 No. 76 "About financing of state programs and actions in 2015" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.02. 2015, 5/40100; 22:05. 2015, 5/40551; 26.05. 2015, 5/40562) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in subitem 2.2 of Item 2:

third to exclude the paragraph;

the fourth to consider the paragraph the paragraph third;

add the subitem with paragraphs the fourth or sixth the following content:

"financing of activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs - subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship of 700 billion rubles without attraction of financial resources of the budget in the way:

placements in resident banks of deposits (deposits) with the subsequent direction resident banks on its own behalf and at own expense money on crediting of investment projects of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs - the subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship and actions providing purchase of goods for their transfer to finance lease (leasing) to such subjects;

acquisitions of securities of JSC Promagroleasing with the subsequent direction of money from placement of securities by this society on financing of the actions providing purchase of goods for their transfer to finance lease (leasing) to subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship.";
