About accession of the Republic of Moldova to the International treaty on vegetable genetic resources for production of food and farming
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. – The Republic of Moldova joins the International treaty on vegetable genetic resources for production of food and farming accepted in Rome on November 3, 2001.
Art. 2. – To the government to take necessary measures for accomplishment of provisions of the specified Agreement.
Art. 3. – To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration prepare and transfer to the CEO of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations the document on accession.
