About measures for strengthening of fight against crime and introduction of single system of registration of powers of attorney for control of vehicles
For the purpose of streamlining of use of vehicles and strengthening of fight against crime the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. To the public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to enter registration and accounting of the issued powers of attorney for control of vehicles, including with the right of the order and alienation, and also the powers of attorney issued according to the procedure of retrust.
2. Determine that the power of attorney on control of the vehicle, including with the right of the order and retrust, and also issued according to the procedure of retrust after its certificate in notary office, is subject to obligatory registration in bodies the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in vehicle place of registration, without payment collection, within 10 days irrespective of effective period of the power of attorney.
3. Ceased to be valid the Order of the Government KR of October 7, 2010 No. 232.
4. Publish this resolution in mass media.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of cases of defense and law enforcement agencies of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
