About procedure for administration of the tariff quotas for milk import in bulk

According to Law No. 172 provisions of July 25, 2014 on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, 529) concerning establishment of the preferential tariff quotas for import by filling the milk classified by goods item 0401, the Government DECIDES: Art. No. 231-237,

1. The preferential customs duty on the milk import in bulk classified by goods item 0401, is applied within the tariff quota established according to the note to group 4 of the Section I of appendix to the Law No. 172 of July 25, 2014 on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature.

2. Provision of the tariff quotas is performed by the principle "the first came – will be serviced by the first", only for processors of milk from the Republic of Moldova.

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry to provide to Customs Service the list of local economic agents processors of dairy products and to update it as required.

4. Management of the tariff quotas for import in prefential treatment of the milk in bulk classified by goods item 0401, is performed by Customs Service by means of ASTD "Asycuda World".

5. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance.
