Article 1

1) in Item 2 of Article 26.3:

a) in subitem 9 of the word "the organization and implementation of regional programs" shall be replaced with words "developments and implementation of state programs (subprogrammes) of the subject of the Russian Federation containing the actions aimed at the development of small and medium entrepreneurship";

b) add with subitem 9.2 of the following content:

"9. 2) the organization and implementation in the evaluation procedure of compliance of drafts of plans of purchase of goods, works, services, drafts of plans of purchase of innovative products, high-technology products, medicines, projects of the changes made to such plans, the specific customers determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities", to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation providing participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchase established by the Government of the Russian Federation;";

c) add with subitem 9.3 of the following content:

"9. 3) the organization and implementation in the procedure for monitoring of compliance of plans of purchase of goods, works, services, plans of purchase of innovative products, high-technology products, medicines, the changes made to such plans, annual statements about purchase at subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship, annual statements about purchase of innovative products, high-technology products established by the Government of the Russian Federation (regarding purchase at subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship) the certain customers determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities", to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation providing participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchase;";

2) in the subitem "ya.1" Item 2 of Article 26.11 of the word of "implementation of regional programs" shall be replaced with words "implementation of state programs (subprogrammes) of the subject of the Russian Federation containing the actions aimed at the development of small and medium entrepreneurship".

Article 3
