Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 22, 2008 No. 159-FZ "About features of the alienation of the real estate which is in state-owned property of subjects of the Russian Federation or in municipal property and leased by subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 30, Art. 3615; 2009, No. 29, Art. 3586; 2010, No. 27, Art. 3434; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3436) following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 5 of part 2 of Article 1 of the word "July 1, 2013" "on July 1, 2015";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 1 of Article 3 of the word "July 1, 2013" "on July 1, 2015";

The word of "three" to replace 3) regarding 1 Article 5 with the word of "five";

4) in Article 9:

a) regarding 1 word "we rub" to replace with the word of "five";

b) to state Item 1 of part 2.1 in the following edition:

"1) the leasable property as of July 1, 2015 is in its temporary ownership and (or) temporary use continuously within three and more years according to the agreement or lease agreements of such property;";

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
