About creation of Academy of law enforcement agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Create public institution "Academy of law enforcement agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Academy).

2. Give Academies special status of the organization of education.

3. The main activities of Academy to determine:

1) increase in professional level of the law enforcement officers including consisting in the Presidential reserve of management of law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1-1) initial professional training for persons for the first time arriving on service in law enforcement agencies;

2) coordination and carrying out interdepartmental scientific research in the field of law-enforcement activities;

3) program implementation of postgraduate education.

4. Determine authorized body concerning Academy the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To provide to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) liquidation of public institution "Academy of financial police" and public institution "Institute of studying of problems of legality, law and order and advanced training of personnel of bodies of prosecutor's office under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan of S. Eskarayev";

2) to take other measures following from this Decree.

6. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
