According to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensing of separate types of activity", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensing of separate types of activity" of May 31, 2001 No. 260 the following change:

- in Regulations on the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the above-named resolution:

in the subitem "an" of Item 9 of Chapter 45 of the word of "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of realization of industrial policy".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
