PROCEDURE FOR THE OMISSION OF HEAVYWEIGHT AND LARGE-SIZE VEHICLES ON HIGHWAYS PUBLIC

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The terms and determinations used in this Procedure:

highways public - suburban highways and constructions on them which are property of the Kyrgyz Republic and the providing transportation of goods and passengers between city and rural settlements for satisfaction of social and economic and defense needs of the country and needs of the population;

the large-size vehicle - the vehicle which sizes with load or without load on height, width and length exceed admissible values;

the heavyweight vehicle - the vehicle which has complete weight or axial loading with load or without load is exceeded by admissible values;
