Article 1

1) in Article 7.2:

a) in Item 3.1:

paragraph two after words to "the organization and control of their realization" to add with words ", and also on carrying out financial analysis of fund, the stipulated in Article 183.13 Federal Laws of October 26, 2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)",";

add with paragraphs of the following content:

From the specified date it is terminated the powers of attorney issued by fund before date of appointment of temporary administration including irrevocable.

The temporary administration of the fund performing activities for mandatory pension insurance and not being fund - the participant of system of guaranteeing the rights of insured persons, determines obligations of fund for agreements on mandatory pension insurance for date of cancellation at it of the license and sends this information to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation within 30 days from the date of cancellation of the license of fund.";

b) Items 3.2 - 3.4 to state in the following edition:

"3.2. The Bank of Russia within 15 working days after day of decision making about cancellation of the license appeals to Arbitration Court with the statement for involuntary liquidation of fund (further - the statement for involuntary liquidation of fund).
