About introduction of amendments to article 14.3 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

Bring in article 14.3 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2005, No. 30, Art. 3124; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089; No. 31, Art. 4007; 2010, No. 1, Art. 1; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4033; No. 43, Art. 5444) following changes:

In paragraph one of part of 1 word "parts 2 - 5" shall be replaced with words 1) "parts 2 - 6";

To add 2) with part 6 of the following content:

"6. Distribution by credit institution of the advertizing of the services connected with loan granting or loan, use of it and loan repayment or loan, containing at least one condition influencing its cost without specifying of all other conditions determining the true interest cost (loan) for the borrower and influencing it -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from twenty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from three hundred thousand to eight hundred thousand rubles.".
