About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning transfer of the rent for water objects in local budgets
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 50-51, the Art. 572) the following changes:
Item 15 parts one of Article 66 to exclude 1);
Item 15 parts one of Article 69 to state 2) in the following edition:
"15) the rent for water objects (their part) which are provided in use under lease of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, district, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, local councils which is enlisted according to the budget of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional and district budgets, budgets of local self-government";
In paragraphs one and the second parts six of article 98 of figure "15" to exclude 3).
2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
