1) in Article 18.10:
a) the paragraph one of part 1 after words "Federal Law" to add with the words "or implementation by the foreign citizen or stateless person of labor activity in the Russian Federation in (specialties, to position, type of labor activity) which is not specified in the work permit or the patent if the work permit or the patent contains data on profession (specialties, position, type of labor activity)";
b) the paragraph one of part 4 to state in the following edition:
"4. Violation by the foreign citizen or stateless person of circulation period behind modification of the data containing in the work permit or the patent or not request of the foreign citizen or stateless person for introduction of the specified changes if such address is required according to the Federal Law, -";
2) paragraph one of part 1 of Article 18.15 after words "Federal Law" to add with the words "or attraction to labor activity in the Russian Federation the foreign citizen or the stateless person in (specialties, to position, type of labor activity) which is not specified in the work permit or the patent if the work permit or the patent contains data on profession (specialties, position, type of labor activity)".
