Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 10, 2006 No. 16-FZ "About the Special economic zone in the Kaliningrad region and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 3, Art. 280; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7351) following changes:

Article 12.2 to add 1) with part 7 of the following content:

To add 2) with Article 12.3 of the following content:

"Article 12.3. Implementation by residents of temporary storage of goods

The rooms, the open areas which are in property, economic maintaining, operational management or lease at resident and also the railway tracks and container areas located in the places approved with customs authority in borders of the territories of the sites which are in property, economic maintaining, operational management or lease at resident are places of temporary storage of goods. The specified places of temporary storage in the territory of the Special economic zone shall be equipped and equipped so that to ensure safety of goods, to exclude unauthorized access for the strangers to them (who are not workers of resident), and also to provide possibility of carrying out concerning these goods of customs control.

2. If places of temporary storage of goods in the territory of the Special economic zone are the places of temporary storage specified regarding 1 this Article, storage of the foreign goods belonging to the third parties in the specified places of temporary storage is not allowed.
