Chapter 6 to add 1) with Article 50.2 of the following content:
"Article 50.2. Requirements about preserving anadromous species of fish on the migratory ways to places of spawning
For the purpose of ensuring preserving anadromous species of fish on the migratory ways to places of spawning application of smooth (drift) networks when implementing industrial fishery, fishery in the research and control purposes and inshore fishing of anadromous species of fish in internal sea waters of the Russian Federation, in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation and in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation is forbidden.";
Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding the 4th Article 57 of the word "including anadromous species of fish in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation" "except for anadromous species of fish in internal sea waters of the Russian Federation, in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation and in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation".
This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
