"2. Legal entities can act on the basis of the standard charter approved by authorized state body. Data on what the legal entity acts on the basis of the standard charter approved by authorized state body are specified in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The standard charter approved by authorized state body does not contain data on the name, trade name, the location and the size of the authorized capital of the legal entity. Such data are specified in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.";
c) to add item 4 after the words "Charter of the Legal Entity" with words ", approved as founders (participants) of the legal entity,";
3) in Article 54:
a) add Item 2 with words "if other is not established by the law on state registration of legal entities";
b) the paragraph one of Item 3 to add with the words "within the location of the legal entity";
