Regulations on the registration fees of improvement suggestion

Section I General provisions

1. This Regulations on the registration fees of improvement suggestion (further - the Provision) establish procedure, the sizes and payment due dates of charges for giving and consideration of the application, for registration and the publication of the data on registration of improvement suggestion provided by the Regulations on improvement suggestion in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 27, 2002 No. 336 "About approval of the Regulations on improvement suggestion in the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. The amount of the charges provided by this Provision is established in national currency of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. The charges established by this Provision are paid in accordance with the established procedure, by transfer of the corresponding amount into the settlement account of the State agency on science and intellectual property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (далееКыргызпатент).
