About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About language"

Article 1. Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About language" of March 30, 1993, ZR-52, (further - the law) to add with part 2 following of content:
"The Republic of Armenia promotes standardization of modern Armenian, development of the principles of standardization of word formation, terminology (terminology), spelling, orthoepy, transcribing and punctuation".
Article 2. Add the law with Article 1.1 of the following content:
"Article 1.1. The basic concepts operating in the law
In the law the following basic concepts are effective:
The state language policy – the set of the actions undertaken by the state in the language sphere, directed to protection of interests of state language, ensuring life activity and development of state language in all spheres;
State language – the language fixed by the Constitution and the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the state care and protection, having priority to the territories of the Republic of Armenia;
Official language – the language submitting to rules of grammar, lexicon, pronunciation of Armenian and the employee to needs of official functioning, society, literature and science;
The official speech – the public speech of citizens of the Republic of Armenia (irrespective of the status) as the official;
Language condition – the set of language realities, tendencies of development and manifestations provided in all-temporary section;
The language relations – forms of application of language which are performed in the state and in the available relations with other states and the international structures, caused by functioning of state language;
Systematization of literary Armenian – process of enrichment of lexicon of language by means of the fundamental grammatical laws, word formation and terminology, and creation of new grammatical rules;
