About entering of amendment into the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 195 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 with parts 5 and 6 of the following content:
"5. In 2013 in case of need when calculating average monthly salary the amount determined according to part 6 of this Article is added to the worker's salary for this month if this month is month 2012.
6. The amount provided by part 5 of article 195 of this Code is determined:
1) in case of salary to 20 000 dram - 7 000 dram,
2) in case of salary from 20 000 dram to 100 000 dram - 7 000 dram, plus 15 percent of the amount exceeding 20 000 dram
3) in case of salary to vyssha of 100 000 dram - 19 000 dram, plus 5 percent of the amount exceeding 100 000 dram.".
Article 2. This law is considered temporary regulatory legal act, and the addition made by it becomes effective since January 1, 2013 and will be effective till December 31, 2013.
