About some questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2010, No. 71, 5/31466; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.03. 2013, 5/36976; 03:10. 2013, 5/37848), following amendments and changes:

1.1. add Item 2 with part two of the following content:

"The Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection performs the activities in interaction with the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local councils of deputies, local executive and administrative organs.";

1.2. in Item 5:

in subitem 5.3:

third to add the paragraph with words ", the register of the commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs with the increased risk of making of offenses in the economic sphere, the register of persons having the status "The best taxpayer, charges";

add the subitem with paragraphs the seventh and eighth the following content:
